From Peaceful Presence Project’s Instagram
“THANK YOU to The Rosendin Foundation @therosendinfoundation for your incredible generosity and care of our Peaceful Presence community members & clients; and for your fiscal support of our Compassion Funds, allowing more Central Oregonians access to End of Life Doula support and services! Recently, volunteers from the Rosendin Foundation made and hand-delivered a unique flower arrangement to 8 of our current Peaceful Presence end-of-life clients living in Central Oregon. This brought so much joy, gratitude, love, and compassion to each recipient and to their supporting end-of-life doulas. We are so grateful to be in community with you!”

We are happy to share some wonderful photos of the Service Day!

About Peaceful Presence Project
The Peaceful Presence Project took root in our founders’ hearts. After spending years attending the sick and dying as a registered nurse, Erin learned of the role of the end of life doula: a non-medical companion to the dying and their families. Collectively, we saw a need for this level of support to complement both palliative care and hospice, as well as a desire in the community for individualized support in living well while facing the reality of mortality. As a federally-recognized 501c(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to serving all who request our services, regardless of ability to pay.

The Peaceful Presence Project reimagines and transforms the way communities talk about, plan for and experience the last stage of life. We are cultivating a Compassionate Communities Model of Care in the United States, and improving death literacy to improve end-of-life experiences for all.
